A cutie patootie.

Hey there,
Woohoo I've finally got some crafting time, rather than painting and cleaning time!
Decorating the hall has been quite a nightmare!.... having to tell the kids to "watch the walls" - "don't touch this", "mind the floor" boy am I stressed out -  The easy fit laminet oak floor wasn't at all easy - hubby has laid loads of floors and ours had to be the worst he has ever done!still got the carpet to lay and the finishing touches, but after 7 days, the "Dulex" gloss is still not totally dry! why pay extra for good quality eh? it is still as fustraiting as the c@*p stuff!.
Anyway I digreess.  My card was one of those stamps that caught my eye in my local craft shop.  I had been so good and not been in for ages and when I had to pass on a message, I had to have a mosy around didn't I,  I spotted this stamp from Wild Rose - simply gorgeous.  I have been quite taken with elephants quite recently! wonder why?  After colouring it in, it all just fell together.
Coloured using my promarkers, chalks for the blue hue.

Challenges:-

Hope you have all had a really relaxing weekend with plendy of crafting time.

Hugs,

  6. This is totally gorgeous Sarah!
I love the little elephant (and trunk) but I am rubbish at colouring animals!
The colours are so pretty and you've got exactly the perfect balance of embellies.

Hope this week has been less stressful for you (and the paint has dried!)

    Hugs Elaine xx
